Industrial Cooling Machine Package

The challenge was to lower the time used to package the unit, to make it less burdensome for the packers (had the pick up unit much higher on previous pack)  and to lower the overall costs involved.

• Shows finished units with plasrtic clips securing top covers to the bottom trays.
• Shows unit in bottom tray – secured in foam cushioning.
• Shows addition of top covers and foam cushioning to house and position the hose and connection assembly.


• Shows custom pallet to insure that the unit remains upright during shipment.
